On the 18th Brad has reservations for a 3-day canoe trip from Whakahoro to Papiriki on the Whanganui River. This 3-day trip is on the upper section of the river and is the most exciting and most popular, with the lower portion reported to be "boring" (translate - calm). I must say this next picture does not make the adventure look boring.
